JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries. Partner with warehouse leadership to manage daily workloads, staffing, and priorities. Assign driver routes and vehicles and support daily loading activities. Arrange FedEx and third-party shipments, including required documentation. Monitor outbound progress and communicate priorities during shift handoffs. Train, support, and provide performance feedback to shipping team members. Work with Sales and other departments to resolve order and shipping issues. Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes, product flow, and inventory accuracy. Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years' experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, and/or order fulfillment. Previous experience training, leading, or providing day-to-day guidance to warehouse employees preferred. Forklift experience required (sit down, stand up, scissors lift experience preferred). Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
