Winnesota is seeking a motivated, dependable, and energetic Warehouse Lead to join our fast-paced and growing team. Schedule Monday - Friday, 1st shift Reports to the Warehouse Manager Key Responsibilities Oversee all inbound and outbound trucks Confirm proper tracking, handling, and storage of customer products Maintain accurate inventory control Pick, pack, and process orders accurately and efficiently Receive and stock product from manufacturers and wholesalers leasing space from Winnesota Move product throughout the warehouse while operating equipment safely and efficiently Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and stand-up reach trucks Verify incoming and outgoing product quantities against bills of lading and other documentation Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and damaged product Stock product in the correct warehouse location and ensure accurate WMS entry and location assignments Work closely with the sales team and communicate regularly with customers Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized facility Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and maintenance as needed Work in refrigerated and frozen warehouse areas; cold-weather gear is provided Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience , or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stand-up reach trucks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable with the ability to follow directions and work independently within established guidelines Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Good verbal and written communication skills Basic math, reading, and writing skills Ability to operate warehouse scanning equipment and WMS software Ability to become certified in the operation of all warehouse equipment Willingness to work outside normal business hours when needed, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, based on business demands Successful completion of a criminal background check Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Basic computer and data entry skills Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word , and WMS software What We're Looking For Self-motivated Detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly, outgoing, and positive Strong team player Ready to grow with a company that values hard work and reliability Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly throughout the workday Ability to perform moderate physical labor and use manual dexterity for warehouse tasks Ability to lift, push, or pull boxes and merchandise weighing 70-100 pounds with carry aid devices as needed Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and handheld scanners/computers Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
