Warehouse Fulfillment Lead

Job Description

About the Role OEC Graphics is looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment Lead to help keep our warehouse, fulfillment, and shipping operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse organization, inventory management, order fulfillment, and team coordination . The Warehouse Fulfillment Lead provides day-to-day direction to the assembly team, coordinates materials and packing requirements, manages inventory levels, and works closely with Account Managers and Production to make sure finished products are completed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment , takes pride in organization and accuracy, and can confidently coordinate multiple priorities.
Full Time, Non-Exempt Wage:
$20.00 - $24.00 What You'll Do...
Warehouse & Inventory:
Coordinate daily warehouse activities and help keep workflow moving efficiently. Manage incoming and outgoing inventory, including inventory counts and adjustments. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs based on established minimum/maximum levels. Receive, count, sort, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. Monitor production schedules and ensure materials are available to the appropriate departments when needed.
Fulfillment & Assembly:
Provide day-to-day work direction and guidance to the assembly team to help meet customer deadlines. Organize materials, consider available staffing and project timelines, and coordinate temporary labor when appropriate. Work with Account Managers to plan packing requirements for upcoming orders. Determine efficient and cost-effective ways to package products while maintaining quality and protecting finished goods. Coordinate miscellaneous packing material needs and maintain appropriate inventory. Ensure completed orders are properly prepared and packaged according to customer specifications.
Communication & Process Improvement:
Work closely with Account Managers and Production to establish priorities and communicate schedules or changes. Proactively anticipate upcoming material and fulfillment needs. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse, packing, and fulfillment processes. Recommend and support process improvements using LEAN principles. Help maintain a strong culture of quality and safety throughout warehouse operations.
Shipping & Receiving:
Support daily shipping and receiving activities, including preparing packages for pickup and checking in incoming items. Coordinate end-of-day shipping and receiving requirements. Help ensure shipments are packaged securely and arrive at the customer in good condition. What We're Looking For... High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience.
Training & Certification:
Forklift certification is mandatory for this position and will be provided as part of required training. Employees must successfully complete the required forklift training and certification.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to continuously stand and walk throughout the workday. Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds . Ability to safely operate a forklift and use ladders and general warehouse equipment. General vision and hearing required. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs. Why OEC Graphics?
