Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform shipping, receiving, and stocking warehouse tasks. Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed or shipped. Move items to appropriate areas. Record amounts of materials or items moved into computer database. Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts. Assist with maintaining inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed, writing shortage lists and distributing them as required. Ensuring daily pre-use inspections are completed on equipment prior to operation. Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly and safe manner. Participate in shop inspections/investigations, including shop, environment, equipment and HSE incidents Assemble containers and crates, record contents manually, pack goods to be shipped and provide shipping instructions. Responsible for operating the warehouse machinery in a safe manner and reporting any equipment maintenance or problems to your immediate supervisor. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Microsoft Office knowledge required. ERP experience preferred. Warehouse software experience required. 1 year warehouse experience required. 2-3 years' warehouse experience preferred. Forklift operating experience required. Electric reach truck experience preferred. Knowledge and experience of rigging and loading preferred.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Overtime may be required. On-call rotation is required. Must be able to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds.
