Job Description

Overview Join our team as a General Laborer specializing in assembly! This role offers the opportunity to be an essential part of the production process, working on creating high-quality cabinets and products. You'll be actively involved in Cabinet assembly, operating power tools, air nailers, and measuring instruments, and ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times. Duties Assemble cabinets accurately using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments according to a kitchen plan Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the facility Conduct manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to transport parts and finished Cabinets safely Follow safety protocols diligently, adhering to all safety standards in production environments Assist with process improvement initiatives by suggesting efficiencies and participating in lean manufacturing practices Support manufacturing management by maintaining organized workstations Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Familiarity with assembly line process Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and air nailers Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely and effectively Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and commitment to safety protocol adherence Experience with forklift operation and warehouse procedures is a plus Embark on a fulfilling journey in manufacturing where your skills contribute directly to creating quality kitchens. Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
