General Laborer Job Description As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, maintaining inventory control, preparing orders, operating equipment, and ensuring quality and safety in the workspace. Responsibilities Move incoming and outgoing shipments from delivery trucks and loading docks. Scan, label, and catalog products, and record inventory counts in computer systems. Pick, pack, and stage items for customer orders or production lines. Drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery. Inspect goods for damage and keep the workspace clean and safe. Essential Skills Experience in loading and unloading shipments. Proficiency in inventory control and management systems. Ability to pick, pack, and stage items efficiently. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bay Minette, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
