$16.00 per hour

This position will assist with receiving, stocking, pulling, packing, and preparing electrical materials and products for customers and job sites. Job Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming electrical materials and supplies Accurately stock and organize products throughout the warehouse Pull and stage orders according to customer or job-site requirements Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery or customer pickup Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies Load and unload trucks safely Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Provide excellent service to customers and coworkers Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
