Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, understand, and complete company forms, shipping documents, and inventory records. Basic computer and writing skills required for documentation and communication. Experience Requirements 2 years of previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, shipping and receiving, or material handling environment required. Experience operating a forklift, order picker, and squeeze truck is required. Experience loading and unloading trailers, containers, and freight preferred. Experience using warehouse equipment to retrieve and store products at various heights. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills, including email and phone interaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Dependable transportation and reliable attendance. Ability to learn warehouse processes, inventory procedures, and safety standards. Willingness to work overtime as needed to support business demands. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds for up to 50% of the workday. Ability to bend, crawl, walk, stand, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable operating equipment at elevated heights; must not have a fear of heights. Ability to safely work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and around material handling equipment. Job Duties Unload inbound shipments of tires from trucks, trailers, and shipping containers. Reload and stage tire shipments for outbound distribution and customer orders. Move products throughout the warehouse using forklifts, squeeze trucks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment. Retrieve inventory from high storage locations while following all warehouse safety procedures. Verify shipment information, complete required documentation, and maintain accurate inventory records. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers regarding inventory and shipping needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations. Support shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and other assigned duties as needed.
