Duties Operate warehouse management systems and ERP software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update records with precision. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools in accordance with safety protocols. Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular stock checks and data entry into inventory management software. Ensure proper packaging of products for shipping while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations. Support shipping logistics by coordinating outbound shipments and verifying order accuracy for timely delivery. Assist with stocking shelves, organizing warehouse space, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in compliance with warehouse operations standards. Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and logistics coordination. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent data entry skills coupled with familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes. Demonstrated customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively. Understanding of warehouse operations including stocking, picking & packing, load & unload activities, and e-commerce fulfillment processes.
