What You'll Do As a ReStore Sales & Warehouse Associate, you'll wear many hats and no two days will be exactly alike.
Your responsibilities include:
Greeting every customer with exceptional customer service. Receiving, unloading, and processing donated merchandise. Loading and unloading furniture, appliances, and building materials. Operating pallet jacks and forklifts safely (training provided). Stocking shelves and organizing inventory. Creating attractive merchandise displays. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and warehouse. Assisting customers with purchases and loading merchandise into vehicles. Operating the cash register and processing sales accurately. Assisting with inventory management. Working together as a team to create an outstanding shopping experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in any of the following is a plus: Retail Warehouse Customer Service Inventory Management Forklift Operation (Certification is a plus, but not required.) Bilingual or multilingual abilities Physical Requirements This is an active position. Team members should be able to: Lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Stand and walk for extended periods. Bend, reach, climb, and move merchandise throughout the day. Work safely around warehouse equipment.
