In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth distribution processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient supply chain management and customer satisfaction through precise execution of warehouse functions. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment, ensuring compliance with customer specifications Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload goods Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and ERP systems Assist in stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing storage areas for optimal accessibility Prepare shipping documentation in accordance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize warehouse distribution Perform routine data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory updates, and shipment tracking Support packaging activities to ensure products are securely prepared for transit Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety protocols Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs Familiarity with shipping logistics, international trade regulations, and trade compliance standards Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely; certification is a plus Strong basic math skills for inventory counts and order calculations Competence in using Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication purposes Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in fast-paced environments Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners Knowledge of e-commerce order fulfillment processes including picking & packing This role is integral to maintaining efficient warehouse operations that support our company's growth objectives.
