for reliable general laborers in our Woodworking manufacturing facility in Mobile, AL Responsibilities This position requires assisting in various departments.

Miscellaneous duties include:

Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of woodworking machines and hand tools Perform heavy lifting of wood construction materials such as lumber, cabinetry components, tools and other building supplies Load & unload construction materials from trucks as needed. (includes wood, tools and heavy related products) Support installation tasks including doors, fixtures, trim, cabinetry, siding, and flooring in residential & commercial settings Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on the shop floor and job sites Follow all health & safety protocols including those related to power tool use, power tool safety procedures, and proper handling of woodworking machinery Must be able to follow directions Qualifications Prior experience in construction or woodworking environments is highly preferred Proficiency with hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels) and power tools for woodworking (drills, sanders, routers) required Knowledge of wood construction materials including framing lumber, plywood, MDF, siding materials and related products Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during material handling or assembly tasks Strong attention to detail with excellent safety awareness regarding power tool operation and site safety protocols Must have the ability to stand / walk for long periods of time Must have the ability to push / pull/ lift / carry materials Must have the ability to climb stairs / climb in and out of trucks Must have a valid drivers license Must have reliable transportation Must pass a Pre-Employment drug test FSI participates in the E-Verify program

Benefits:

Payroll is direct deposit / Payroll is every 2 weeks Overtime is available After 90 days of Full-time, consecutive employment Health & Dental insurance is available.
