Job Duties Supply production lines with raw materials using a stand-up and LP forklift Move unfinished goods through the manufacturing process Maintain kit carts and support inventory management activities Receive, store, and organize materials in designated locations Consolidate stockroom inventory and assist with physical inventory counts Load, unload, lift, push, and pull materials safely Follow receiving procedures and safety standards Maintain 6S and Lean Manufacturing standards Operate industrial ovens and maintain varnish levels when assigned Meet productivity and efficiency goals Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments. Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation. Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures. Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
