Maintenance Technician

- Friday, 6:30 AM
- 3:00 PM (Some overtime may be required) Weekly Pay

Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Pay:
$19.00 per hour Paid weekly
Friday Schedule:
Monday to Friday 6:30 AM
- 3:00 PM Occasional overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse equipment and systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and regulations Maintain and inspect fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and exit routes Track and manage parts and supplies inventory Report material or technical issues to team leads Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and reliability Follow all safety procedures and company policies Light repairs to forklifts
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, electronics, mechanics, plumbing, and carpentry Skilled in using bench and portable power tools Knowledge of workplace safety and OSHA standards Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset
Physical Requirements:
Frequently walk, bend, lift, push, and reach Regularly lift and carry up to 35 lbs Carry 20 lbs up and down stairs frequently Perform repetitive motions and overhead tasks
Additional Requirements:
Must pass a background check Must pass a drug test Must provide two valid forms of ID for E-Verify eligibility
