Job Summary The Part-Time Warehouse Shipping & Prep Associate supports daily warehouse operations by preparing orders for shipment, assembling special edition products, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. This role combines shipping, order preparation, and general warehouse support responsibilities. There is future potential for position to become full-time. Job Responsibilities Unbox books and restock shelves as needed Prepare and assemble orders, including bubble mailers and boxed orders accurately and efficiently Bag individual books with swag prior to shipping Assemble Special Edition boxes and swag Assist in maintaining adequate swag, sticker, and packaging inventory Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the system Assist with warehouse inventory counts and reconciliation as needed Perform daily cleaning and organization of work areas Complete all other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor Work Schedule Part-time position Warehouse operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shifts scheduled within operating hours (exact schedule based on business needs) Qualifications & Skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong organization, coordination, and planning skills Effective time management and attention to detail Basic reporting and inventory control skills Comfortable using inventory control software Dependable, flexible, and adaptable Ability to routinely lift over 50 lbs Ability to stand for the majority of a scheduled shift Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
References Required Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
