Description Cheap Sleep Furniture and Mattresses is hiring a full-time General Laborer for our new Hot Springs location opening in August 2026. Pay is $15 per hour and this is a ground-floor opportunity to join a growing, family-owned company with locations across Arkansas and Oklahoma. What You'll Do You'll be part of the team that keeps our Hot Springs store running. That means handling product from the moment it arrives to the moment it hits the floor. It's physical, hands-on work and we take pride in doing it right. Load and unload delivery trucks Move and stage furniture throughout the store Assist with assembly and prep of furniture pieces Keep the warehouse organized and inventory accessible Maintain a clean work environment including general janitorial duties Pay and Benefits $15 per hour Health insurance with employer contribution toward your premium 401(k) with employer match Employee discounts on furniture and mattresses PTO after 1 year of service Job Requirements Able to lift 50 or more pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods Dependable with a strong attendance record Warehouse, labor, or moving experience preferred but not required Furniture or moving industry experience a plus Must be able to work a full time schedule Team player who takes direction well and works safely Why Cheap Sleep We're a family-owned company that's been around since 2007 and we're still growing.
