of Jonesboro is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our restoration team. We help homes and businesses recover after water damage, fire and smoke damage, and mold-related losses . This is a hands-on position for someone who doesn't mind getting dirty, working hard, and learning valuable skills in the restoration industry. What You'll Do As a Restoration General Labor Technician, you may assist with: Water extraction and water damage cleanup Setting up and removing drying equipment Removing damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinets, and other building materials Fire and smoke damage cleaning Cleaning walls, ceilings, floors, and contents Mold remediation and cleaning Moving, packing, and handling customer contents Loading and unloading equipment and materials Jobsite cleanup and debris removal Assisting Crew Leaders and other restoration technicians Using hand tools, power tools, cleaning equipment, and restoration equipment Maintaining a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For We need people who: Show up on time and are dependable Have a strong work ethic Are willing to learn Can follow instructions and work as part of a team Are comfortable performing physical work Can lift and carry equipment, furniture, debris, and building materials Are comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, dusty, and sometimes dirty environments Understand that restoration work sometimes involves difficult or unpleasant conditions Can maintain a professional attitude while working inside customers' homes and businesses Previous construction, demolition, cleaning, moving, maintenance, or restoration experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. This Job Isn't for Everyone Restoration is emergency-service work. Some days are routine, and some days can change quickly when a customer has a major water loss, fire, or other emergency.You should be prepared for:
Physical labor Demolition and debris removal Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment Working around water-damaged, fire-damaged, or mold-affected materials Occasional schedule changes or emergency work when needed If you're looking for a job where you can stand around and watch the clock, this probably isn't the position for you.
