Pay:

$24.00/Hour Premier Staffing Solution is currently hiring General Labor and Assembly Associates for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Marion, Arkansas. We are seeking dependable candidates with previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience who are looking for long-term employment opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform assembly and production line duties Assemble components and parts according to work instructions Operate hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment Inspect products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety and production procedures Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience required Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable transportation and attendance Ability to work overtime as needed
