Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Full Job Description Job Title:

Janitorial Commercial Cleaning Company:

A Sharper Image This is a small office account that should typically take around 2 to 2.5 hours per visit and is perfect for someone looking to earn extra income in the evenings. Schedule Monday through Friday, no weekends. Cleaning will start after 5pm. Responsibilities Empty trash Vacuum floors Mop hard floors Clean and disinfect restrooms Wipe desks and countertops Clean breakrooms, offices and common areas Lock and secure the building What We're Looking For Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Able to work independently Good attention to detail Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We would also entertain sub-contract cleaning companies if you are looking for additional business. Opportunity to pick up additional accounts as we continue to grow. If you're looking for extra income and enjoy working independently, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
