Beacon Tire Inc. is currently looking to fill a position at our Russellville, AR location. Job Summary:

Effectively and efficiently delivers merchandise for customer orders. Actively participate in all aspects of warehouse inventory control.

Essential Functions:

Obtain a list of customer invoices and merchandise Effectively prepares all inventory for delivery to customers; same-day and/or next-day orders Verifies that all inventory is properly identified before unloading at each stop Maintains clean work environment; complying with company and DOT procedures, rules, and regulations Obeys all traffic laws Effectively unloads customer returns and/or adjustment tires with correct paperwork and placing tires in appropriate location Maintains courteous and professional relationship with customers Properly maintains and updates daily and/or monthly driving log Properly maintains daily truck inspection forms Responsible for communicating any and all repairs needed on trucks Maintain a professional appearance, including appearance, dress and personal hygiene Champion safe working conditions for all associates Performs all day-to-day essential functions established by management

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills Adequate written and oral communications skills Knowledge of basic mathematics Must be able to work effectively as a team member Must be able to take direct and indirect instructions and orders from management Must be able to lift 45+ pound tires using proper lifting technique on a consistent basis Must have the stamina to work at a fast pace for extended periods Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record with no violations Must be able to pass a background check, social security validation, MVR validation, drug screen, and a DOT physical Must posses proven work history and have positive feedback from previous employers Must be 21 or over for insurance purposes Please submit resume for personal consideration
