Job Summary The Maintenance II Technician is responsible for performing facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks at the site level. This is a mid-level maintenance position that works under the guidance of the Maintenance III Technician and Plant Manager to keep equipment safe, functional, and operating efficiently. The Maintenance II Technician contributes to production uptime and workplace safety by executing preventive maintenance schedules, performing mechanical and electrical repairs, and supporting complex tasks alongside senior maintenance staff. Pay Rate:

$18.00 an hour

Guaranteed Progression:

50-cent per hour increases at 90 days, 1 year, and annually thereafter for a total of 5 years, reaching the maximum rate at 5 years in this role.

What You'll Need Experience & Certifications 1-3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment Basic electrical knowledge; certifications a plus Welding experience (arc and/or MIG) preferred; certification a plus Valid driver's license required Vocational/trade school training or equivalent on-the-job experience preferred Basic 24V DC wiring and ability to read simple schematics 120V AC and 240V AC wiring, troubleshooting, and repair Basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge Familiarity with production tools: Sawzall, air nail guns, screw guns, electric motors Basic computer proficiency: ability to process PMs, manage logs, and communicate via email Mechanical troubleshooting skills with a willingness to develop advanced competencies What We Look For Self-Starter
