Our client, a third-party logistics (3PL) and supply chain company is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Avondale, AZ. In this role, you will support warehouse operations by receiving and inspecting shipments, maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counts and RF scanning, and assisting with warehouse reconfiguration and inventory relocation projects. Day:

Receiving & Inbound Logistics Unload from delivery trucks safely using pallet jacks or hand trucks Inspect incoming goods for transit damage, quality issues, or quantity discrepancies Verify paperwork by checking physical counts against packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders Process returns and log incoming inventory accurately into the warehouse management system (WMS) Cycle Counting & Inventory Control Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits according to schedule Investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records, reporting errors to management Utilize RF scanners to ensure real-time tracking, proper slotting, and location accuracy Maintain organization of inventory on racks, shelves, and bins to optimize space Warehouse Remodeling & Optimization Assist with facility reconfigurations, including assembling, moving, and dismantling industrial racking or shelving units Relocate bulk inventory and reset picking slots to align with new floor plans and space-optimization strategies Maintain a clean workspace by clearing debris, packaging waste, and construction materials during layout updates.

About You:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse receiving, inventory control, or cycle counting. Hands-on experience with facility remodeling, racking installation, or layout transitions is highly preferred. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, crouch, and safely lift up to 50 pounds. Proficiency with RF barcode scanners and basic computer data entry.
