Job description: General Labor Worker (3rd Shift) We are looking for hard-working workers for our facility in Casa Grande, AZ. You will be working in an industrial environment, for a recycling company, industrial by products most of which would be landfilled if not processed by our unique processes.

Responsibilities:

Following health and safety standards. Maintaining a clean work area. Movement of material using a forklift truck and other industrial equipment. Processing material following standard operating procedures. Weighing and packaging products for shipment. Working to meet production targets. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty. Responsible for the safe handling of finished products, raw materials, chemicals, supplies and production tools and equipment. Working safely. Performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Able to lift 50lbs. Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts. Be willing to work in an outdoor environment with exposure to all weather conditions. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods the duration of shift; including stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach with hands, pull, lift, push, pick-up. Clean production equipment and work areas. Knowledge of safety protocols. Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus. Willingness to cross-train in other areas. Regular attendance and punctuality. Able to multitask. Experience with chemicals and or wastewater a plus. Experience with operating control panels a plus. Able to wear respirators for hours at a time. Mechanically inclined a plus. Able to work flexible hours. Experience with electrical systems, including diagnosing and fixing issues, is highly desirable. During the training period/90-day probation, schedule will be 6am-2pm Monday-Friday and will include cross-training in multiple areas throughout our facilities.

• Following a 90-day probation period, this position will be for a permanent night shift/graveyard position and will include (1) day of the weekend (either Saturday or Sunday, but not both).
• Hours will be 10pm-6am.
• Night shift and weekend differentials.
