Responsibilities Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from vehicles and containers, including managing shipping documents and records Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying correct part numbers, quantities, and material condition Execute daily inventory cycle counts and process replenishment orders for critical spare parts Process return shipments of electronic components using warehouse management systems Place computer server racks on the data center floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy Install electronic components and cabling into server racks using diagrams and schematics Install rack hardware using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices Operate material handling equipment including straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks Perform cleanup duties to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with 5S standards Push, pull, lift (up to 50 lbs), stand, walk, and bend throughout the workday Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in data center operations, IT hardware assembly, electronics production, inventory control, or high‑volume logistics Must pass a national background check (no felonies ever; no misdemeanors within the past 7 years) Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening Strong computer skills or high technical aptitude Hands‑on experience assembling or repairing computers, server racks, or electronics preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Familiarity with inventory management software, RF scanners, and WMS systems CompTIA A+ or similar IT certifications a plus Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for the duration of the shift Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment Pay $19.50 Per Hour Automatic $1.00 raise upon permanent hire ($20.50 per hour) Schedule Full-Time | Day Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Must be available for overtime on weekdays and Saturdays as needed Nexeo Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Limited Life, Short‑Term Disability Refer a Friend Bonus | Other Financial Incentives (Bonuses) Weekly Pay | Direct Deposit | Rapid Pay Card Employee of the Month Hassle‑
