• Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator. If you have familiarity and experience in multiple core warehouse functions, coupled with a commitment to phenomenal customer service, this is the position for you!
• Responsibilities
• As a Warehouse Associate, aside from performing general warehouse functions, this position will also include the following responsibilities: + Assist in overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the department + Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals + Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues + Assist in training and motivating subordinates to improve current performance + Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement by finding opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and/or reduce costs while championing related initiatives + Works with team to ensure department is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times + Other duties as assigned + Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).

This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

• Shift:

  7:00pm Monday
• Friday.

• Pay:

  $22.50 per hour
• Potential monthly performance-based bonus
• Qualifications
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.

A successful Warehouse Associate will possess the following: + 3 years plus warehouse experience + Has proven the ability to train others + Fully proficient in multiple core warehouse functions + Proven understanding of safety regulations and procedures + Product knowledge + Problem-solving skills + Excellent communication skills + Computer proficient + Strong organization skills and leadership qualities to take and give team direction At Ferguson, we care for each other. • Pay Range:

• $15.00
• $28.88
• _Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles_
• OR•_Hourly for all other roles.
