Warehouse & Delivery Associate with Store Maintenance Days needed Tuesday - Saturday Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Warehouse & Delivery Associate with Store Maintenance responsibilities to join our team. This position is responsible for warehouse operations, customer deliveries, store maintenance, and general facility upkeep. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and enjoys working independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Warehouse & Delivery

• Load, unload, sort, stage, and organize merchandise in the warehouse and retail store.
• Safely transport products to customers using company delivery vehicles.
• Verify customer orders before delivery to ensure accuracy.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and complete deliveries in a timely manner.
• Operate hand trucks and other equipment safely.
• Arrange merchandise according to size, weight, and storage requirements.
• Inspect company vehicles, including tires, lights, brakes, fluids, and other equipment as needed.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all company safety policies and Arizona traffic laws.
• Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, stocking, and other warehouse duties.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management. Store Maintenance & Janitorial
• Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, warehouse, offices, bathrooms, break room, and kitchen.
• Empty trash, sweep, mop, dust, and perform routine cleaning throughout the facility.
• Move furniture and merchandise as needed.
• Hang pictures, assemble displays, and assist with minor maintenance projects.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional shopping environment.
• Perform general maintenance and other duties as assigned. Qualifications
• Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record for at least three (3) years.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, moving, furniture handling, or maintenance experience is preferred.
• Experience driving a 24-foot box truck is preferred.
• Knowledge of Arizona traffic laws.
• Ability to read maps, plan delivery routes, and complete paperwork accurately.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork. Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and move up to 150 pounds with assistance (co-lifting).
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely maneuver large furniture and appliances using hand trucks and moving equipment. What We're Looking For
