Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and organization of raw materials and components needed for production lines Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the warehouse or production floor Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, modify, or repair parts as required Conduct routine inspections of materials and equipment to maintain quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following safety protocols Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Qualifications Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key! Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is highly desirable Experience working with hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing environment Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accurate material prep and handling Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing and warehouse operations Ready to bring your energy and skills into a thriving manufacturing environment?
