Parts Warehouse Associate Job Posting RWC Group is looking for dependable hands and sharp minds in our Parts Warehouse. No experience necessary—just bring your work ethic and attention to detail. We'll train you and help you grow in a stable, mission-critical role. The Parts Warehouse Associate position helps with a variety of tasks that may include assisting with receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations. We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Warehouse Associate to join our growing parts operation. You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment using inventory management systems, operate material handling equipment, and maintain accurate records. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, values efficiency, and wants to be part of a team that keeps commercial fleets moving. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments. Verify accuracy. Inspect parts. Organize and store parts. Locate and retrieve parts. Participate in counts. Process returns. Operate equipment safely. Maintain clean warehouse. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma preferred. Lift up to 50 lbs. Organizational skills. Computer proficiency. Valid driver's license preferred. Preferred Qualifications Parts warehouse experience. Inventory software knowledge. Forklift experience/Material handling certification. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Why RWC Group?
