Spectra360 is seeking a reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a growing company specializing in the design, distribution, and delivery of upscale furniture and luxury home décor . This role supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving and organizing inventory, selecting orders, packaging and labeling products, and preparing high-end furniture and décor for retail locations, interior design projects, and client orders. The Warehouse Associate will also assist with local deliveries, including white-glove furniture delivery to clients' homes and project locations . Because of the high-end nature of the products and clientele, attention to detail, professionalism, and careful product handling are extremely important.

Responsibilites:

Select and pull customer orders accurately using Shopify and internal order information. Package products carefully and professionally, ensuring items are protected and presentation standards are met. Print and apply shipping labels and verify orders for accuracy before shipment. Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory organization, and proper product placement throughout the warehouse. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually presentable warehouse environment. Work closely with warehouse teammates and interior design teams to locate products, prepare orders, and support project needs.

Requirements:

Experience driving or willingness to learn to drive a 26-foot box truck - Clean MVR Ability to lift and move items weighing at least 50 lbs Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team Strong initiative and willingness to assist other departments as needed
