Do:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk / Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, packing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product condition before packaging. Label packages and prepare shipping documentation. Receive incoming shipments and inspect items for damage or discrepancies. Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed. Report inventory shortages, damaged merchandise, or operational issues to management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse, packing, shipping, or inventory environment. Ability to read and follow written instructions and shipping documentation. Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Capability to work in varying warehouse temperatures. Preferred Skills Experience with inventory management systems. Knowledge of packing and shipping procedures. Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
Work Schedule Training Schedule:
New hires will complete training on the day shift during the onboarding period.
Regular Schedule:
Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to the permanent shift of 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM , Monday through Friday (or as scheduled). Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
