Manufacturing National Pump Company :
a designer and manufacturer of high-quality pumping solutions used worldwide for municipal, industrial, and agricultural markets, is seeking an experienced pump Assembler for our Glendale, AZ manufacturing operation. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support our manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, and a safe, organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling & Inventory Support Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation Load, unload, move, and store raw materials, components, and finished goods Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production and shipping areas Label and store materials in designated warehouse locations Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates and documentation Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials Safety & Equipment Operation Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely Conduct routine equipment inspections and report issues Follow all safety procedures, policies, and standard operating guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage to prevent damage Communicate material availability and shortages to supervisors and production teams Support production flow by ensuring timely material delivery Assist with preparing materials for shipment Perform additional duties as needed to support operations
Qualifications Required:
Ability to read and understand work orders, labels, and basic documentation Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of warehouse, stocking, order picking, or packaging experience Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment
