We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in our Distribution Cente r located in Kingman, Arizona ! You will be responsible maintaining the highest quality and safety standards in the industry. The working hours for this position will be Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. This person will also be responsible for occasionally driving a commercial vehicle. Principal Responsibilitie s General cleaning of warehouse and maintaining it in good condition Completing work in a prescribed sequence to ensure deliver-by-date is met Working effectively to meet productivity, quality and safety targets Maintaining housekeeping standards in accordance with 5S protocols Reporting unsafe work conditions/environment in a timely basis Completing Cycle Counts Operate a commercial vehicle to load and unload trailers Qualifications & Experience Completion of a high-school diploma or equivalent Must have a current and valiod CDL drivers license Ability to meet daily deadlines and to work in an environment where assignments and work priorities are reviewed several times a day Able to read and write in English Previous experience working in a warehouse preferred Ability to stay on your feet for long periods at a time Capability to be self-motivated and independent, but work will within a team Good communication skills Proven to be reliable, diligent and punctual Ability to lift 50+ pounds Working Conditions Ongoing requirement of physical activities Ability to stay on your feet for long periods at a time Willingness to work in varying working conditions Ability to multitask in a fast paced and changing environment Benefits Starting hourly rate of $23.49/hour Full-time benefits including health, dental and vision 401K retirement PTO time Annual bonus and incentive program IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant's accessibility needs due to disability.
