Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient shipping and receiving processes. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will help maintain a well-organized warehouse environment that supports our company's growth and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Perform order picking, packing, and stocking activities using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Load and unload shipments efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain precise records of inventory movements through data entry and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like AS400 or similar platforms. Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely, verifying shipping labels, and ensuring compliance with trade and international trade regulations. Conduct regular inventory counts, audits, and stock replenishment to support optimal warehouse distribution. Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, managing shipping & receiving documentation, and tracking deliveries. Support warehouse operations by organizing storage areas, managing stock levels, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace for all team members. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or in logistics is highly preferred. Proficiency with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with trade compliance and international trade regulations is a plus. Strong data entry skills combined with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing processes, and the use of equipment such as pallet jacks or trade-specific tools like MRPs (Material Requirements Planning). $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
