We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, works efficiently without constant supervision, and understands the importance of accuracy and safety. This is a hands-on position with a variety of daily responsibilities in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently load customer orders, verifying products and quantities before loading. Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials. Package, label, palletize, and prepare roof coatings and other manufactured products for distribution. Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying materials against delivery documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, including workstations, loading areas, and outdoor storage areas. Organize inventory and ensure products are stored in their designated locations. Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse organization. Prepare orders for customer pickup and outgoing deliveries. Identify damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns and report them to management. Take initiative during downtime by cleaning, organizing, restocking, and identifying tasks that need attention. Assist with additional warehouse, production, and general facility duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Previous warehouse experience preferred. Forklift operating experience required, with the ability to demonstrate safe and responsible operation. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to follow safety instructions, read product labels, and accurately process customer orders. Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds and perform physical warehouse work throughout the day. Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing and loading customer orders. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including Arizona summer temperatures. Willingness to learn new tasks and assist in different areas of warehouse operations.
