Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing shipping and receiving processes, and supporting overall warehouse functions. Your proactive approach and commitment to accuracy will help us meet customer demands efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics operations within a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management software to ensure accuracy and completeness. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picker equipment, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry in ERP systems such as AS400 or similar inventory management software. Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment while adhering to shipping & receiving protocols. Organize stock in designated areas, perform stock counts, and update inventory management systems regularly to support stock accuracy. Assist with packaging products securely for shipment in accordance with trade compliance standards and international trade regulations when applicable. Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to customers or distribution centers. Uphold safety standards by following warehouse operations procedures, conducting routine inspections, and operating equipment like forklifts and reach trucks responsibly. Collaborate with team members on order picking & packing tasks to meet daily productivity goals while providing excellent customer service. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and MRP tools is advantageous. Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment is desirable; certification is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for counting stock accurately and processing transactions efficiently. Strong data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will support daily operational tasks. Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, trade compliance standards, and international trade regulations will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
