In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining accurate records using advanced warehouse management systems. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting efficient warehouse distribution. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics within a collaborative environment. Duties Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments with precision using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal stock levels Prepare shipping documentation in compliance with trade regulations and company policies Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, packaging products securely, and ensuring safety standards are met at all times Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and international trade regulations Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service aptitude to assist internal teams and external partners effectively Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, load & unload procedures, and order fulfillment processes Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members on logistics tasks and ensure seamless warehouse distribution Embark on a rewarding career where your skills drive operational excellence!
