Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, operating various warehouse equipment, and ensuring the efficient handling and storage of parts and materials. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth warehouse operations, support order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards across the facility. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment, unload, move, and stock parts efficiently. Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, data entry into inventory management software, and regular cycle counts. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by preparing orders for shipment, packing items securely, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders. Input daily field tickets into the sales order system. Support order fulfillment activities such as picking, packing, and preparing items for delivery while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Follow safety regulations by using personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to OSHA standards, and practicing safe manual handling techniques during heavy lifting or materials handling tasks. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by properly storing parts on pallets or shelving units and ensuring clear pathways for safe movement. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with exposure to warehouse operations such as stocking, order picking, shipping & receiving, or inventory management. Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment including forklifts. Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAGE) or other warehouse management systems is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy items regularly. Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with logistics processes is a plus but not required. Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and processing transactions efficiently. Join us in a role that combines technical proficiency with active problem-solving! Pay:
$22.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
