Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, and stock incoming deliveries Organize warehouse inventory, shelving, and storage areas Maintain clean, safe, and efficient warehouse conditions Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily crew needs Load/unload trucks and assist with warehouse logistics Process returns, damaged materials, and restocking items Inventory Control Track inventory levels and maintain accurate counts Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits Identify low-stock items and notify management proactively Maintain labeling, bin locations, and warehouse organization systems Purchasing & Procurement Support Assist with purchasing materials through approved vendors Use company ordering platforms to place and track orders Support purchase order documentation and receiving verification Monitor backorders, substitutions, and delivery schedules Systems & Software ServiceTitan Learn and utilize ServiceTitan for warehouse-related tasks Review upcoming job material needs Track materials allocated to jobs Update inventory usage and internal notes as needed Costco / Special Purchasing Support Costco Wholesale Assist with approved company purchases and bulk supply runs Maintain receipts and documentation Support stock replenishment through approved purchasing procedures Team Support Coordinate with field crews, technicians, and office staff Respond quickly to urgent material requests Communicate inventory shortages or delays Support a team-first culture aligned with the Can Do Crew way Qualifications Required Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic computer and smartphone skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred Experience with inventory or dispatch software Familiarity with purchasing/vendor ordering systems Forklift experience (if applicable) Experience in construction, home services, HVAC, plumbing, or restoration industry Skills & Competencies Accountability Problem-solving Time management Inventory accuracy Communication Adaptability Sense of urgency Teamwork Customer-service mindset Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor environments Ability to safely move materials and equipment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Training on systems and company processes Benefits package (if applicable)

$21-23/ Hour Company Can Do Crew Position Summary Can Do Crew is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing coordination, and material readiness for field crews. This role is critical to ensuring technicians and crews have the tools, equipment, and materials needed to deliver excellent service to customers. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience and is ready to learn the Can Do Crew systems, processes, and standards, including inventory software, purchasing procedures, vendor ordering platforms, and job material coordination.
