Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver Trinity Safety Company LLC Bakersfield, CA Job Details Part-time $18 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Computer literacy Full Job Description We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations and customer deliveries. This is an entry-level position, but prior warehouse and/or delivery experience is strongly preferred. The role combines hands-on warehouse work with local and regional deliveries and includes supporting select customers with Kanban (consignment) inventory programs. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Warehouse Duties Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy Load and unload delivery vehicles safely using proper lifting techniques, forklifts, or hand trucks Keep the warehouse and storefront clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Key Responsibilities - Delivery & Customer Service Deliver customer orders accurately and on time using a company vehicle Perform primarily local deliveries with occasional outoftown or regional routes Support customer Kanban (consignment) inventory programs by monitoring, replenishing, and documenting inventory Verify order accuracy and obtain required signatures or documentation Communicate professionally with customers and coordinate delivery schedules Maintain accurate inventory and delivery records Perform basic vehicle safety inspections and report maintenance issues Follow all company policies, safety rules, and traffic laws Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Warehouse/delivery experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Forklift experience preferred Basic computer or handheld device skills Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork Work Environment & Schedule Combination of warehouse work and driving Physical work including standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and climbing ladders Warehouse is not climatecontrolled and may require working in hot or cold conditions Fulltime position with possible early mornings or overtime Store hours: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM Appearance & Uniform Requirements Clean, professional appearance required Steeltoe boots required Inappropriate tattoos must be covered No facial piercings permitted Company apparel provided What We Offer Stable, fulltime employment Opportunities for overtime and advancement Training and skill development Supportive, teamoriented work environment About Trinity Safety Company
