Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and physically active Palletizer to join our production team in Baldwin Park, CA. In this position, you will play a critical role at the end of our packaging line, ensuring finished products are safely stacked, secured, and prepared for warehouse storage or shipping. This position starts promptly at 7: 00 AM and runs until daily production targets are complete.Key Responsibilities Palletizing Products:
Safely load, stack, and arrange finished boxes, bags, or containers onto wooden pallets according to specific stacking patterns and weight limits.Securing Loads:
Operate manual or automated stretch-wrappers, strapping tools, and corner boards to secure full pallets for safe transport.Quality & Verification:
Inspect product packaging for tears, leaks, or proper labeling prior to palletizing;flag damaged goods to line leads.Inventory & Staging:
Label complete pallets with accurate lot numbers and piece counts, then stage them for forklift pickup or transfer.Workplace Safety & Sanitation:
Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work station, adhering to all company safety guidelines and PPE requirements. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is a plus.
