Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Industrial General Laborer to support daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for assisting with production, material handling, equipment setup, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility Assist with production line operations and basic machine support Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment Follow all safety procedures, policies, and work instructions Inspect materials and finished products for visible defects or damage Support packaging, labeling, palletizing, and shipping preparation Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality problems to supervisors Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Perform other general labor duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of workplace safety practices Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and twist for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, or dusty environments, depending on the facility Ability to wear the required personal protective equipment Schedule and Work Environment Full-time, part-time, and shift-based schedules may be available Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs Work is performed in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing setting Preferred Traits Safety-conscious Detail-oriented Dependable and punctual Willing to learn Able to work in a fast-paced environment Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and value a diverse workforce.
