Job Description

MyWorkChoice is hiring 3rd Shift Receiving Lumpers to support warehouse operations for light industrial and supply chain clients. In this role, you'll unload trailers, sort and palletize freight, verify counts, and use RF scanners or basic warehouse systems to log receipts. You'll follow strict dock and safety procedures, keep staging areas organized, and communicate issues to leads. Responsibilities Unload inbound trailers on 3rd shift using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment Count, inspect, and verify incoming freight against bills of lading and receiving documents Sort, palletize, and stage product in designated receiving areas Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to log received inventory accurately Follow dock safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and lifting guidelines Communicate discrepancies or damaged product to leads or supervisors Keep docks, aisles, and staging areas clean, clear, and organized Work as part of a flexible shift-based team to meet production and accuracy goals Required Skills Pallet jack operation Basic forklift or walkie-rider familiarity RF scanner use Inventory receiving and verification Reading bills of lading and packing slips Warehouse safety practices Manual material handling and lifting Basic data entry Time management in fast-paced environments Team-based warehouse communication
