In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently helping warehouse operations, handling materials with care, and ensuring accurate inventory control. Duties Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and cranes to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently. Training is provided. Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for distribution or delivery. Receive incoming shipments by inspecting goods for damage, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and properly storing items using proper manual handling techniques. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and adhering to safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards. Follow safety regulations diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to safety procedures during heavy equipment operation, and reporting hazards promptly. Skills Experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and material handling equipment. Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including inventory control, shipping & receiving, order picking & packing. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following manual handling protocols and OSHA safety standards. Organizational skills with attention to detail for stock management and order accuracy. Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying shipment quantities accurately. Demonstrated ability to follow safety regulations rigorously while operating heavy equipment like cranes or cherry pickers.

MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Maintain clean driving record (MVR will be reviewed yearly) Must be able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms stoop, talk and hear Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
