We provide equipment and production services for a wide variety of projects, including sports and esports, corporate town halls and conferences, Q&As, and many entertainment related events. We're a small, hardworking team that values collaboration, problem-solving, and a positive attitude. We're looking for a Warehouse Assistant to keep our equipment well organized, tracked, maintained and ready to deploy. We prepare for shows from pull sheets, provide support while its out, and ensure it is all returned, cleaned and stored, ready for the next project. The Warehouse is great place for someone looking for a stable position with reliable hours in the same location. About the Role This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, staying organized, and learning new technology skills, including software and firmware updating. You'll work alongside our experienced staff to prepare equipment for rentals and live productions. We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You naturally double check your work and are proactively looking for improvements. Responsibilities Pull and prep equipment for upcoming productions and rentals Check equipment in and out of inventory Learn and work with our inventory barcode system Perform quality control checks on equipment before and after jobs Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management Clean, label, and maintain equipment and cases Help load and unload equipment shipments and company vehicles Assist with basic equipment repairs and maintenance Test cables and other connectivity equipment as needed Track and update equipment firmware and software as needed Support day-to-day warehouse operations Equipment You'll Work With You'll gain hands-on experience with professional broadcast and live streaming equipment, including: Cameras and camera accessories Video routers and encoders Wireless video systems Audio equipment Intercom systems Networking equipment Bonded cellular transmission devices Production and streaming infrastructure Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs.
