Our Burbank warehouse is the hub that keeps crews supplied and jobs on schedule. When the yard runs well, everything downstream runs well. We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to own that day to day. This is a hands-on role for someone who stays busy without being told what to do next, is comfortable on a computer and a scanner, and doesn't mind physical work. What You'll Do Receive, verify, and put away material deliveries Pick, stage, and load material for next day crew assignments and job sites Drive company vehicles to deliver material to job sites and support other logistical tasks Log inventory, scan items, and track orders in our inventory system Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely Run cycle counts and flag shortages before they turn into job delays Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe Coordinate directly with production crews and dispatch to hit daily deadlines What We're Looking For 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience (roofing or building materials a plus) Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record — this role includes driving company vehicles to job sites, and you'll need to be insurable under our commercial auto policy Fluent in both Spanish and English — you'll be coordinating material orders, deliveries, and job-site logistics directly with Spanish-speaking field crews every day, and accurate two-way communication is essential to the role Forklift experience; certification preferred, or willingness to certify Comfortable with basic computer software, inventory systems, and handheld scanners Self directed - stays productive with minimal supervision Reliable and punctual, with availability for swing shift and weekends Able to frequently lift and carry up to 75 lbs, and occasionally handle heavier material using equipment or with assistance What We Offer $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience Health insurance 401(k) Real room to grow.
