Job Description
We are looking for a warehouse forklift operator to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders, but also be able to communicate with customers courteously and professionally. The goal is to increase efficiency, by minimizing errors, improving processes, and providing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Unload, load, wrap, label, store clients merchandise efficiently and with no damage to product Follow internal procedures and customer requests Perform inventory controls as requested by supervisors Inspect, detect an report damage or any discrepancies Computer skills (word, excel, etc) Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment using all security policies Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Answer the phone, use copier, scanner, input data Skills Warehouse forklift operator Ability to walk, bend, stretch, lift medium to heavy objects when needed Current forklift license preferred High school degree Bilingual English/Spanish (must be able to understand and speak english) Team work Excellent customer service skills Interpersonal skills Attention to detail
