Succeed:

High school diploma or GED 3+ years in material handling, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or oilfield operations Experience in oilfield environments, particularly in the Permian Basin, is preferred Forklift operating certification and safe operation skills Familiarity with inventory systems, ERP, or SAP Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures Ability to identify oilfield equipment and materials, including fittings, valves, and pipe Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and safely around heavy equipment Nice to

Have Skills:

Previous experience with SAP inventory transactions Oilfield equipment and asset management expertise Supply chain or warehouse operations background Vendor coordination experience Forklift certification (advanced) Knowledge of salvage, asset disposition, or material recovery programs Familiarity with Occidental's operational practices Safety certifications such as OSHA, H2

S, First Aid, or CPR Preferred Education & Experience:

Prior experience working in the Permian Basin oilfield sector Proven track record in warehouse or inventory management roles Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment

Other Requirements:

Must be willing to travel to various field locations Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work outdoors in diverse weather conditions Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, climb, and operate industrial equipment safely This is a 12+ month contract opportunity at a competitive rate of $41.00/hour, working Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
