General Laborer General Laborers are responsible for assisting with various physical labor, production, material handling, and facility support tasks. Employees may be assigned to different duties based on business needs.
JOB DUTIES
Perform general labor and physical work as assigned Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials Prepare and maintain work areas Assist with production, packaging, sorting, and processing tasks Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed Follow instructions, safety procedures, and company policies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy Assist team members with daily operational tasks Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 21+ years old Reliable and dependable Flexible availability for work hours Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous general labor or related experience preferred, but not required
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
MENTAL / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to bend, crouch, reach, grasp, and perform repetitive movements Ability to lift and move materials weighing approximately 15-50 pounds Ability to work in varying temperatures and workplace conditions Ability to safely perform physical tasks throughout the workday Ability to use basic tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned duties
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
