We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their team in Carpinteria. Warehouse Associate Duties:

Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment Properly handle merchandise and package items according to company standards Print, apply, and verify shipping labels Confirm order accuracy before shipment Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams to ensure timely order completion Process sales orders and update information using company software systems Maintain an organized and clean work environment Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Assist with general warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience preferred Experience with shipping, packing, order fulfillment, or inventory control preferred Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay, Schedule, and Location Pay Rate:

$18.50 - $22.00 per hour
