Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Manual Unloader to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently unloading, handling, and organizing incoming shipments to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Duties Safely unload shipments using manual techniques and heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cranes. Operate material handling equipment responsibly, adhering to OSHA safety standards and company policies. Manage inventory by accurately recording received items using RF scanners and maintaining organized storage. Assist with order picking, loading, and unloading goods for shipping and receiving processes. Ensure proper stacking and palletizing of materials to optimize space and prevent damage. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to coordinate unloading schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles. Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picker, forklift, clamp truck, and crane operation. Knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanner technology. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely over extended periods. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities. Strong understanding of safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards. Proven experience in materials handling, heavy equipment operation, and warehouse supervision is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
